Ready to book?

Yes we do! Depend on how far out you book, we split up the payments from 2-5 payments.

Do you do payment plans?

The Wedding Flow package starts out at $950 for weddings in 1 location within the beltway with guests under 150. Rates changes depending on how many guests your wedding will have and how far from Houston your are. 

What are your Fees?

In short, your Wedding Planner is your project manager. They come in with your vision and handle all aspect of booking the vendors to arranging all the rentals. A wedding planner usually puts in about 100-300 hours into your wedding.
Your Day of Wedding Coordinator takes over the "wedding binder" about 4-6 weeks before the wedding. They manage the timeline, the vendors, and wedding guests to ensure the rehearsal and wedding day run smoothly. You can expect a wedding coordinator to put in on average 18-25 hours for your wedding.   

Wedding Planner vs. Wedding Coordinator

The timeline is a guideline, however, you need a person to direct the day to ensure everything is going as schedule. Also the point person i.e. the Wedding Coordinator, will also direct the vendors to their designated area on the day of. 

All of my Vendors have a timeline. Should that be enough?

As much as the wedding is for the Bride and Groom, it is very much also a day for your love ones to be present to celebrate you and enjoy the day. Most friends and family members are more than willing to help, however their lack of experience may add more stress for the day of your wedding. 

Why do I need a Day of Coordinator when I have family and friends?

Yes we do! 

Do you carry liability insurance?

Our Wedding Flow package includes the setting out of your decorations that are ready to go. It does not include designs and creating of decors. 

Do you decorate?

We designate only 1 wedding per weekend
